This project was a gut renovation of an 8,000 sq. ft. Norman style Westchester manor, inclusive of a 3,800 sq. ft. addition. This renovation and addition was superbly finished with custom plaster molding, elaborate wood paneling, custom cabinetry and stone bathrooms. Special attention was paid to the integration of the entire HVAC systems, security systems and audio-visual. All of the above systems can be viewed and altered via the internet. A propane powered 400 Amp-3 phase emergency back-up generator capable of providing all power requirements was installed. This project also incorporated extensive landscaping, which was used masterfully to conceal oil, gas and propane tanks and all new building services. Bricks used in the facade were custom sized and colored. Ludowici clay roof tiles, custom colored and textured, were fired to match the existing roof. Everything to the wood cladding, lead-lined copper, gutters, leaders and paint matched seamlessly with the original building. Recently completed but not shown here is a 680 sq. ft. greenhouse along with a 260 sq. ft. potting shed that is a joy to look at.
