This rooftop expansion is an open hideaway atop a five store townhouse. The project was the add-on of an addition floor. Expansions with modern details were added, such as the custom stainless steel staircase leading to the rooftop, integrated with a full length skylight. On the way up and out to the open rooftop sunroom, a matching custom red glass tile half bath was added.

As you proceed out onto the roof, the flooring that was laid is made of natural granite. The pedestal pavers system is custom and each granite tile was carefully selected via client. There are sections of the floor that integrate IPE wood that is as strong as granite, but gives the surface more definition.
