This private full floor 11,000 square foot penthouse with 12 foot tall ceilings was completely renovated within a very strict schedule. Project coordination and planning was critical with this job since access and travel time to 78 stories above Manhattan in today's security environment was understandably restrictive. All developer provided kitchens and finishes were removed. All HVAC, fireproofing and sprinkler systems were reworked to the building's stringent technical requirements while accomplishing all of the client's and architect's goals.
