This private full floor condominium was a gut renovation project. At 1,400 sq. ft. the two bedroom, two bath home opens onto an additional 320 sq. ft. terrace. Designed to function as a modern pied-a-terre, the design has a spare aesthetic with very exacting finishes. Important architectural features are clad in bookmatch white oak custom paneling throughout. The custom cabinetry in the kitchen and baths is finished in fire engine red lacquer. Flooring throughout the home is the environmentally friendly all natural product, Forbo Linoleum tile.
