This project was a gut renovation of a 3,800 sq. ft. late 1800s Tudor style home, inclusive of a 2,800 sq. ft. addition. This renovation and addition was finished superbly with custom plaster molding, elaborate wood paneling, stripping, conditioning and finishing of existing paneling, custom cabinetry, stone bathrooms, state of the art central air and heating systems and hi-tech audio, visual and security systems. Exterior work comprised of 2,200 sq. ft. of patio space, stone barbeque, walkways, driveways and landscaping. All construction materials were carefully selected. Four separate quarries were utilized for the stone facade and custom fabricated antique metal windows, with original hardware were used. Ludowici clay roof tiles, custom colored and textured, were fired to match the existing roof. Everything to the purlins, stucco, gutters, leaders and paint matched seamlessly with the original building.
