This project was a gut renovation of a 10,000 sq. ft. residence on the Upper East Side, inclusive of a new roof top addition and rooftop terrace and garden. This renovation was finished superbly with a marriage of contemporary and traditional styles inclusive of coffered ceilings, elaborate wood paneling, custom cabinetry, stone bathrooms, entire new kitchen and fully integrated audio-visual, phone and security systems. The audio-visual work included a media room that was referred to in the February 2005 edition of House and Garden magazine as "the most glamorous projection room in New York."
