All projects are Field Supervised and fully equipped with an on-site field office networked to our main office. This keeps our Field Supervisors completely current and up to date with all current project information. This knowledge is apprised and share with all on-site trades and vendors. Our Field Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the job site, scheduling manpower and coordinating the subcontractors, deliveries and material inventory, and ensuring job site safety and cleanliness. There is a weekly meeting at each job site between the Field Supervisor, Project Manager, Architect and or Designer, relevant Consultants, Subcontractors and Vendors. From inception to completion, the Field Supervisors make absolutely sure the project is conducted and built in accordance with Duce’s rigorous construction quality and safety standards.
