Dear Rory, I wanted to take this opportunity, as we are reaching the end of our working relationship, to let you know how much we have appreciated working with Ryan and Phil on this project. There has been an extraordinary amount of courtesy, cooperation and professionalism extended to us and our client, Mr. Nimetz, and he, in turn, has reaped all those benefits of working with your firm.
Everyone, including Arpita and Veejay, has been accessible, at many odd hours, quick with positive responses and ideas, and most of all, flexible. As you well know, situations can turn on a dime, and they have all always had positive attitudes, come up with the best answers, always were looking to solve a dilemma to everyone’s satisfaction.
In an atmosphere of many rigid regulations and rulings, everyone kept their senses of humor and we can comfortably say we had an enjoyable business, and people, experience! I can’t say it is always that way at the end of such intricate, detail oriented projects. Our clients are loving the results, and so are we.
In short, we thank you for the way the project has been managed, and again, thank Ryan and Phil for their excellent work. The results are easy to evaluate…happy client, happy designers, and we hope, happy contractors. Win, win, wouldn’t you say?
